Hi guys this is but what's next with me Michelle Reed a year ago I graduated college and I realized it was the first time in my life when I didn't really know what was next.

There were no clearly outlined steps, no guidelines were getting from point A to point B,

points like how to get a job, how negotiate my first salary and maybe invest my money

now that I actually have some how to create work life balance I realize that navigating

these questions and your early 20s in general comes from listening to people around you.

That's right, listening.

Often we praise people who are the loudest, the scrappiest, and maybe just the most vocal

about their success.

But I want to share insight from different people who found their own versions of success and how you can find your own through listening.

This podcast will focus on the mentors in my own life, so my friends, past professors, family, and more.

These mentors come from all walks of life.

Some are parents, while some are single.

Some focus on family, while others focus on their careers.

Some started their own companies

while others are employees.
