Hi, Sarah. How's it going?

Good. Good. I understand you are fresh off a hike with dimmity over the weekend.

That is correct. Just two days ago, we hiked a peak here in the flat irons in Boulder.

It's actually the tallest peak here in the little chain that people don't consider mountains. It's about $8600.

We climbed up to it and yet everyone else still says, oh, are you going to the mountains referring to the Rockies behind the flat irons?

Meanwhile in Maryland, people would be like, did you take supplemental oxygen?

Right.

It's so funny.

Oh, my goodness. And how did you choose that route?

Well, dimmity was looking for something, I think a little different, just to break up her training.

And so I gave her a couple of options and she picked this one.

And it's a five mile route, which was shorter than the other one I suggested.

But this one's the vertical. It's definitely more challenging and, you know, just like a faster rise up to the peak.

So it was a good one that we were, we were out there, I think for about three hours total.

And it was really great to reconnect with her and catch up on everything.
