And last night, the Lakers lost to the Spurs 107.91, despite the best efforts from Luca

Donchich, who was brilliant. Lakers were short-handed, obviously already without Austin. LeBron did not play. He's yet to play in a back-to-back so far this season. D. He is at the point where he cannot miss another game this entire season in order to make another all-NBA team, which would snap a streak of, what, like 22 years in a road, one of the craziest streaks that he has,

one of the craziest records he has amongst many. But last night, I don't think there's a whole

lot to get worked up about. I thought the Lakers competed hard. We had a good old fashioned halftime

score. These kids don't know about 48 to 43 half times but lakers defense i thought one of the more

important things about last night's game was to sort of keep hold of the rope on the defensive end

and they've made some progress over the last few games on that end of the court after a very very

poor december that i thought they maintained that i thought they continued to play well defensively

san antonio contributed with some poor three-point shooting,

but Lakers certainly did their job on that end.

Vando got the start for LeBron.

And it was kind of fun to see a version of the Lakers team

that was like the most extreme defense-only version of the team
