Welcome to Sociology 101. A few things I want you to know about

that are coming up real soon that you may have seen on the Facebook feed or on the website if you've

been paying attention, but I want to make sure that everyone is aware of our Great Commission

Summit coming up in August, the 11th and 12th, that is at Dallas

Baptist University.

Within that summit, we're going to be having a sociology track that you would be able to come

and be a part of with speakers such as Dr. David Allen, Dr. Adam Harwood, Dr. Eric Hankins, Dr. Kenneth Keithley, Dr. Jerry Wals,

Dr. Rick Patrick would be there to host a symposium and to do some question-and-answer

times with each of the speakers. Hopefully I'm not leaving anybody

out of that mix. I don't have the paper here in front of me, but I will post a link on the

show notes so that you can go to that and find out how to be a part of the Great Commission

Summit hosted by and sponsored by a Texas Baptist. So I hope that you'll come

and be a part of that. Within the entire Great Commission Summit, there is something for everyone.

There would be a children's minister section there, a track for children's ministers,

for youth pastors, for those involved in education ministry, all the different fields for

evangelism, discipleship. There's so many different communicators and

speakers that are going to be involved in that. So I know you don't want to miss being involved

in the Great Commission Summit. Also, I wanted to tell you a little bit more about Trinity.
