Thank you for having me back. And today's topic is something that we're going to try and do a little

bit more with the show. We want to kind of dive into what we at the Eat This Not That Office is call our celebrities. And no, I'm not talking about, you know, Branjolina or Benefer, any of those kinds of, you know, Harry and Megan, you know, the Royals, those aren't celebrities in the Eithis Not That office. Our celebrities, they're a little bit different.

They might not be as sexy, but their influence on pop culture is certainly undeniable. Think about McDonald's, Starbucks, Whole Foods, and of course, today's spotlight celebrity, this celebrity with a cult following, Trader Joe's. Trader Joe's. He doesn't love Trader Joe's. I for one am confused by Trader Joe's and intimidated by it, but I know you're a big fan, so that'll be helpful. And I want to be crystal clear on this. We will get to that. But, yes, there's a lot. I love about Trader Joe's. They just opened a brand new one, just a couple blocks from my apartment last year. And I go for basics, pantry, staples, entertaining essentials, things like that. I'm not going if I want a meat counter or a fish counter. You have to know what Trader Joe's offers. And it's really economical. They have a lot of fun brands. I've discovered fun products that are cult fall as well. And yeah, I just, I really love it. I leave there

with a couple giant bags packed with goodness. It's like 50, 60 bucks where I go to other

super-cost-effective. Upwards of 100 every time every time so I really love

the economical aspect and I find the products I love and I just go there for those yeah and now I'm I

don't get the Trader Joe's thing personally yeah I think you know there's one where I live and I went

there the first couple times and I go in there's just bells ringing and everyone's the Hawaiian shirts
