Appreciate you downloading and listening to the show today. We've got a lot to talk about. A couple big trades happened yesterday. We're going to go over that with our guest today. One of our favorites, Ian Hartets of Fantasy Life. But before we bring Ian in here, let's take a look at my top trade targets this week as we kick things up a notch with our friends at Frank's Red Hot. Let's Frank it up. And the first name on my list heading into week seven, D.K. Metcalf on the Seahawks. It was only a few weeks ago when Metcalfe was putting up three straight 100-yard games, but since then, he's had two below-average stat lines, was held under 60 yards in each of those outings. Fortunately, nothing's changed for his outlook. He's still top five in targets on the season and he gets the Falcons this week. They've given up at least 80 yards and or a touchdown to every number one receiver they've faced this year. So don't wait to make a move for Metcalf. The second name you should be trading for this week. Jemir Gibbs on the Lions. He's been a little overshadowed by his teammate, David Montgomery this season, and Montgomery just inked that new two-year extension. But don't let that distract you from the fact. Gibbs has also been a top 10 fantasy option on a per game basis this season. He got Montgomery at RB8. He got Gibbs at RB 10. Dan Campbell officially, he has found that Alvin Kamara, Mark Ingram combo that the Saints used to deploy. And Gibbs is the Kamara in that duo. So this one might not be a true buy low, but Gibbs is about as cheap as he might ever be this season. And if you're worried about that tough matchup with the Vikings defense this week, don't be because Gibbs scored three touchdowns against them last year. He's rested up. He's coming off the buy. He's going to be a strong RB1 the rest of the way. And speaking of bye weeks, the final trade candidate, he's on by as we speak. Jake Ferguson on the Cowboys. The tight end eight and fantasy points per game.

2:01.9

Had a down week before he went on by. They lost to the Lions. That was just a bad game all

2:06.7

around for the Cowboys. But Ferguson is a very important part of that passing attack. So use the

2:11.7

bad performance, use the buy week, go and see if his manager is willing to give him up in a deal.

2:16.5

Because with the state of the position for fantasy this year, Ferguson is a locked in top seven starting tight end. He is going to get the volume more weeks than not. You just got to be willing to find another option this week while he's on by. And if you're trying to figure out which players to offer up in a potential trade for these guys, just go check out my updated trade value charts

over at the score and every league is different but you can use that sort of like a guide

2:38.2

that'll give you an idea of the player values and who you could potentially send out in

2:42.1

offers and then take your roster and frank it up just like our friends at frank's redhot

2:47.3

all right let's get our guests in here ian hart it's a fantasy life, longtime friend of the show. Somebody I always love spending time with, whether it's on this show, whether it's on his show, whether it's in our International Dynasty League, no matter the place. I love hanging out with this guy. You can find him on X or Twitter at I Heartitz. Ian, welcome back to the show, dude. Thank you so much for jumping on as always. And before we get going here, I just want to take a minute and I want to pat us on the back a little bit for being the only two undefeated teams in our international dynasty league. We are rolling at the moment. So well done, man. Great day to be great, Justin. I was going to bring it up if you weren't. And so don't feel bad about, you know, getting that backpack going. But yeah, man, really a fun league we got going on.

3:28.2

You know, getting that backpack going. But yeah, man, really a fun league we got going on. You know, you actually, you know, it's always funny. We had, you know, what the track sprinter, I forget his name, who was complaining about the NBA, you know, being called the world champions, even though it's just America. Whoever wins our dynasty league, I think we actually can go by world champions because we have people from literally all over the world with it, man. So may the best team win. And a ton of great analysts in that league. And it's been super fun. The chat in that league's fun. Everybody's been awesome. And you know what? Speaking of us being undefeated, I looked ahead, if we can keep this up, and that's a big if, but we square off against each other in week 10. But now that I brought it up on the show, I mean, we're going to lose for sure this week, right? That's just kind of the way the fantasy gods like to toy with us a little bit. It's going to be two six and three teams facing off in week 10 now that you said that. So thanks a lot, man. Exactly. regardless, I mean, we got plenty to go over here. We could spend all day talking about our leagues, but we should not. I do want to talk about, I mean, the NFL has been so exciting this week, so much happening. We got the Devante Adams and Amari Cooper trades yesterday. Nick Chubb looks like he's about to make his return from that brutal knee injury last year. But let's start with Devante, and he goes to the Jets.

4:33.7

That's what most people expected.

4:35.5

It almost seemed too obvious, but then it ended up happening.

4:38.2

So he's reunited with Aaron Rogers.

4:40.2

Now he's on this team where they already have a number one receiver in Garrett Wilson.

4:44.9

They got a star running back in Brees Hall, who got going again last week. They got some pretty good role players, Alan Lazzard, Braylon Allen, Tyler Conklin. They've kind of all had their moments for fantasy this year. We'll pour one out for Mike Williams, I think. He was a little bit of a scapegoat for Rogers over the last couple weeks, especially in that Monday nighter. Let's hope big Mike can get traded somewhere else. I'd like to see him get a fresh opportunity. I think he could still do something for fantasy this year, but we'll have to see him in another jersey, perhaps, to do it. But, Ian, you got all those names I just mentioned. Now you got Devante joining the mix. What's your fantasy outlook rest of season for the Jets offense with Devante Adams? I mean, I think obviously the really big winner is Aaron Rogers, who is now arguably right there with, you know, Kirk Cousins and Dak Prescott on that QB1 borderline, because as much as, you know, it has been a disappointment with the Jets in real life. I get it. I mean, coming back from the Achilles injury, man, just being 40 years old at this point, I think it's really tough to watch Rogers on film and say that his arm talent doesn't still look. Pretty freaking great, man. I mean, one of the best throws of the year, that keyhole to Conklin down the seam last week, Patriots game on Thursday night a couple weeks ago. I mean, again, not saying he's Prime Rogers or anything, you can see the mobility has been sap, but plenty of arm talent. And now when you surround him with arguably one of the better wide receiver trios in the NFL at this point, I mean, hard to kind of disagree with that. I do think we can get back to at least something close to that borderline QB1 production out of Rogers in this, you know, state of his career.

6:11.6

Obviously, the wide receivers, Devante Adams, Garrett Wilson, both should still be in the lineups. But Justin, I'm not going to go ahead and say this is, you know, good news for Garrett Wilson like I've seen out there, man. As much as, yeah, he's going to have a little bit less attention, we want those targets as much as possible. and I just have a hard time believing that they would bring Adams to this situation,

6:29.5

not to feature him as the wide receiver one that he has always been alongside Rogers.

6:33.9

So for me, Adam slides in more of a mid-tier wide receiver 2.

6:37.5

Garrett, love the talent and everything.

6:39.3

I think everyone does, but man, only one ball to go around, So I do think he'll be more in that lower-end
