Yesterday was Tuesday, and in case you weren't paying attention, nothing big happened in the world, especially not the NFL trade deadline. The NFL trade deadline came and went yesterday. I'm still, y'all, just as a general rule, I'm not sure how the

NFL in college football. Last night, you know, we did our college football power hour for the

college football game for college football. How did nobody in the NFL or the college football

look around and be like,

hey, it feels like that Tuesday has something else going on that the country might be paying attention to. Maybe we push the trade deadline back like a day. I'm sorry, I'm just saying like the NFL

owners could have sat back and been like, you know what, Wednesday might be better than Tuesday this

year. I know. Who knew that the NFL was willing to share the stage with like literally anyone?

I did not think it was possible, but I filed a winners and losers for the trade deadline very late Tuesday night.

And I know we're going to get more into the content. But when our editor, Dan Agnew responded to it, he was, like, nicely done,

like, entertaining and thought provoking. And I was like, one, thank you. But, too, like,

if it seemed like I was a little more sassy in today's com, like, people just needed some levity.

Like, regardless of politics, these debates get crazy in our country. And so I was like,

let's just give people something a little bit fun

because anyone reading these stories clearly wants to read about something other than politics right now.

That's what I love about what we do. In all honesty, as much as today, you know, as we sit here

Wednesday, everybody's reacting to so much of what happened politically in this country. Let's just be
