would have been excited and I would have probably went crazy if they traded for Trey Hendrickson,

but I've tried this whole season, even in the off season, to have realistic expectations

for this team and try to not get overly

hyped and I picked them to win nine games before the year started and as this has gone week

to week, I haven't been looking at what the playoff math is for this team. I'm enjoying the

development of the Ben Johnson Bears and so the fact that they didn't push all

their chips in, you know, for a rental or for somebody that's aging or has an injury history,

I think is the prudent move. So I'm fine with where the bears are at. I'm excited for the future

of the Ben Johnson era.

Yeah, look, this was a very expected trade deadline. This is exactly what I thought was going to happen.

They, I'm not even sure they would have made a trade had Di O Dangbo gotten hurt on Sunday.

But because he's out for the year, that's the official move.

They put him on IR and they add a guy who's, you know, was once considered a high profile

draft pick projected to go in either the first or second round throughout the entire draft cycle

...
