We've covered around 60 cases and counting. And honestly, this was the

first time we heard heightened feedback regarding sensitivity to trauma victims. Yeah. And I want to make

it clear that we don't have any training in that area. And a lot of you also admitted that you

didn't have training in that area. But many of you also admitted that you didn't have training in that area,

but many of you have had personal experiences as survivors of trauma or you know someone who has gone through some form of trauma.

I want to just thank you for sharing those stories with me because it gave me a new lens, which I think is really important
