Summary

In 2014, Felecia Williams was just a 9-year-old in the third grade. Like most children her age, Felecia was inquisitive yet naive. The second youngest of six girls, Felecia developed a close relationship with her neighbor and family friend, Eboni Wiley. But this close bond would be forever broken by the events that transpired on May 16, 2014.
