And it was a simple question.

What's it like to have a panic attack?

Have you ever had one?

No.

I've never had a full-on panic attack. However, what I've had is like panic attack adjacent, but have I felt like, oh my gosh, I'm having a heart attack, take me to the ER, like true, honest to God, panic attack? No. But I have a very interesting vagus nerve. You know, that's the nerve that goes from the tip of your head to the bottoms of your toes or whatever. And apparently she doesn't always know that she's not being chased by a

lion. And so occasionally she will be like, you know what, Meredith, I think we should check out

of this situation. And she makes me faint. Oh, you have fainted. I think you've mentioned that

before. Yeah. Yeah. And normally I know the situations that would cause this. It's like a blood draw is usually, or an injection of any kind, really.

I never used to have problems at the dentist. And so that incident was pretty unexpected. I was getting a cavity treated or whatever, and he put some
