Rob, there's a lot going on in the world, so not everyone may have picked this up, but it is

important because we've had a cut recently, but the Bank of England decided to hold this time around and

that did not come as a shock everyone expected the number to be held. What is

interesting though is the day before the Fed decided to cut interest rates in America by half a percent.

And I think that's interesting because we tend to follow suit and most economists

and market commentators are expecting us to not follow as

aggressively and for the US to cut their rates a little more aggressively, but we do tend to follow the direction at least so if you are a

fan of lower interest rates which most people are then that in itself is some good news
