I should say, please pay attention because we have some news, and unfortunately the

headlines suggest it's not good news because the headlines says rent cap goes on for another

six months in Scotland, despite industry opposition.

Rob, the headlines suggest it's not good news, is there a way you could spend it to make

it good?

Not really, I believe it was Milton Friedman who said there is nothing so permanent as

a temporary government program, although I know it has kind of looked it up, but this

is just an absolute classic example of that.

This kind of six month, or when you have a rent cap because it's winter coming up and

blah, blah, blah, 18 months later, still going strong.

So initially, it was a rent free, you couldn't put rents up at all.
