Okay, market update time and as is traditional, let's start with house prices where the

data is a bit confusing because nationwide is reporting that last month, house prices

fell by 0.1%, which means we're now about 4.7% below the peak in house prices, which

is last summer, but asking prices, according to right move, are up, they're up 1.8%, which

is far higher than the increase that you normally see at this time of year.

So what's going on, it seems like wall to wall, bad news everywhere you look, but seems

like no one's told the property sellers.
