| 1:03.5 | FT and it's really interesting because it's talking about the London rental market. We've |
| 1:09.0 | talked about Manchester and Leeds and other areas recently, but London, what's happening |
| 1:13.7 | there because it really suffered over the pandemic. The FT brings us an update Rob. |
| 1:18.5 | Yeah, the headline is Return of the Renters price hikes bidding wars and bribes. The |
| 1:24.3 | piece is actually very good but the headline sums it up. We don't really need to read it |
| 1:27.5 | because that is apparently what's happening. The rental market in London is bouncing |
| 1:32.4 | back so strongly that it's like the last couple of years never happened. So when COVID |
| 1:36.4 | kicked off, the London rental market really, really suffered. If you were a renter in 2020 |
| 1:41.9 | and the first off 2021, you could have gone and got yourself an incredible deal. There |
