Okay, so it's time for our news story of the week and in the market update last week,

we covered rents quite a bit, but another news story has emerged this time from the

FT and it's really interesting because it's talking about the London rental market. We've

talked about Manchester and Leeds and other areas recently, but London, what's happening

there because it really suffered over the pandemic. The FT brings us an update Rob.

Yeah, the headline is Return of the Renters price hikes bidding wars and bribes. The

piece is actually very good but the headline sums it up. We don't really need to read it

because that is apparently what's happening. The rental market in London is bouncing

back so strongly that it's like the last couple of years never happened. So when COVID

kicked off, the London rental market really, really suffered. If you were a renter in 2020

and the first off 2021, you could have gone and got yourself an incredible deal. There

were some rentals being advertised at 40% less than they had been previously. So there
