0:56.0	very dramatic title of. Property market has become flooded as 380,000 landlords look to sell up.
1:04.0	Oh dear, what's going on?
1:06.0	Is this the end, Rob?
1:07.0	Well, maybe it is, according to the National Landlords Association,
1:09.7	who have done a survey and they reckon that around a fifth of the UK's
1:13.6	landlords are looking to sell and they've projected that out to mean that
1:17.2	380,000 landlords are going to be offloading their properties.
1:21.1	There's a couple of weird things in this story.
1:23.7	So first of all it says importantly only 7% of landlords looking to get rid of a property said
1:27.8	they intended to sell to other landlords.
1:30.1	I don't understand why they'd really care.
