holding a successful viewing at some point of your property journey you're either

going to let out or sell a property.

But first Rob we need to acknowledge the fine work of our meetup leaders across the land because we had our October meetups last week.

We did Rob and you went all the way to South Coast to Southampton.

it's the day afterwards.

Yeah, it was fantastic, really strong meet-up. Big numbers down in Southampton. You might not have thought it, but it's one of the biggest. I think after London and perhaps Manchester, it's the biggest we've got.

Sarah and her team are doing a fabulous job down there, putting loads of effort in, and

it was a really enjoyable evening.

So hello to all the lovely people I met down there, and if you are anywhere on the
