Yeah, we do love these ones. We've done it a couple of times before. It's really popular. We had a great time, so we're doing it again. Thank you for sending in your deals a lot of you have

We're gonna get to a few of those later on so you'll see if yours got chosen but even if it didn't you should hopefully

learn a lot from looking at the way that we approach the deals that we do look at.

So that's coming up plus an interesting slash troubling news story, but first Rob a few bits to

get through starting off most importantly with the summit which we had up in Manchester the

other week and what a fantastic day it was it was sunny Manchester no it wasn't sunny

of course it wasn't but it was a great day great group of people really good

investors I'm excited for them because they've connected

with some brilliant like-minded people. The summit are all sold out, so this isn't trying to get you to buy a course,

or if I like that, they're sold out for the year, the November

one in London. There's long been sold out and it's a waiting list for the next one. But we're really looking for to that

London one now because the Manchester one was really good, really strong group and it's the first one in this new format where

we've got a smaller group of people and there is a bit of a qualification process to get in,

but it worked really well.

Yeah, and someone brought chocolates so I was happy. so if you are coming to a future summit and you want to

endear yourself to me you know how to do it. So that was a hard to beat those Swiss chocolates as well.

Yeah. Phoned over from Switzerland. Exactly so that's what that's what she told us anyway. It could have been from the duty for able.
