line review of what's in a section 21 document or something like that we thought

this might be an opportunity for a kind of a quick bigger picture look back at some of the main events of the year

because it's a good time of year for looking back and looking forward so we're going to do both of those this week

we're going to take a look at

what's happened in a very memorable year in general and in property and also some of

the things that have happened to us and in our businesses and we're going to do a little bit

of a look forward as well.
