Yeah, we really are. We got a really great response to the listener deals episode. We did a couple of weeks back. We weren't sure how it would go. We had a great time. We

didn't know if listeners would have a great time. But thank you to everyone who said that you

enjoyed it. So we're doing it all again. So this is going to be a real treat

for us and hopefully you'll enjoy it too.

Yeah this is a massive win-win you like it we like it so let's do more of it but

before we get there Rob it's a most it's the most wonderful time of the year. Yeah it is the most wonderful time of the year because it's the most wonderful time of the year.

Yeah, it is the most wonderful time of the year because it's the time for big picture planning.

It's that time when things start to drop off a little bit in terms of the day-to-day kind of tasks that you have to do.

They go, oh, it's not really worth starting that before Christmas.

Other people start leaving early to go a holiday and things get nice and quiet.

It's the perfect time for zooming out, looking back

on the year and planning for the year ahead. We've done loads of this over the last

week or so in terms of yellow kind of getting together with key members of our team

hashing out what we want to achieve and it's just been so much fun so I really do

enjoy this time of year because you get to do a couple of weeks of that and then go and

eat loads of food what could be better?

Well if there is and even better then please let us know and of course a really really important time to review.

Look at all your winds this year as well always powering ahead what's next, and that's super exciting and important,

but just look back and reflect on all the winds you've had this year. That's important too.
