And I'm sure a few people will be discussing the autumn statements that was released last week.

Now it's not really much of a statement, it's more of a mini budget.

Probably one of the best things that came from it was the fact that they said they're going to stop it after next year.

So that was one of the best

pieces of news from the autumn statement so at least we get a break from what seems to be

continuing bad news for property investors. This time well we had the traditional we're going to build more homes, but as we said before

we started recording, it'll actually be used when they actually do that rather than just talk about

it, but every single chance I talked about it.
