Yeah, I've said it before on the podcast, but I do occasionally have people coming, sort talking to me at meet-ups and saying,

so do you have property yourself? Which I always find really funny because it would be bizarre to spend

192 episodes talking about it but actually not be involved in it. So in this episode

yes we do do property deals or try to in some cases and that's what we're going to be

talking about and it's not going to be bragging in some cases it's definitely not going to be talking about and it's not going to be bragging in some cases it's

up to out of interest and sharing any lessons good and bad that we have taken

away from those because however something goes

whether it goes brilliantly or whether it goes badly there's always

something you can learn and with every deal you do you learn more and hopefully you

don't make the same mistake twice.
