This week a really special episode we're looking at the Northern Powerhouse and what it's all about. So this week we're trying to get to the truth behind a sound bite. I can't remember when it was that the phrase

Northern powerhouse was first used by the Chancellor, but you're probably sick of

hearing it by now. It's already become one of those kind of buzz phrases

one of those things that people can say all the time but what does it

actually mean is it going to make any difference to the country is it going to make any

difference to us specifically as property investors?

That is what we're hopefully going to answer for you in this week's episode.

little bit quieter and then Saturday it'd be really busy no Friday was really busy and Saturday was just exceptional.

It was absolutely brilliant to meet so many people listen to the podcast, so many people

who get involved in what we do. The meet-up leaders, a huge thank you to you. The

meet-up leaders from around the country who host all our meet-up. So many of them came to

see us and without them it couldn't have happened. Of course our amazing team. I can't name check them all because there's just so many.
