podcast. We are live at the Property Investor show. This is probably only the third ever time we've recorded the

podcast in the same room. It's certainly the first ever time we've recorded in front of an audience.

But what we're going to do is we're going to do Q&A,

because the pressure wasn't quite enough having to do a live show.

We thought we have questions as well so we have no idea what's coming.

But as well as that we've got all the usual stuff that you're used to as well.

We're going to be reading out an iTunes review that's going to be an

interesting bit to do live role isn't it? Yeah normally it takes about seven does so we'll

see how that goes today. We're going to start with a news story, but before that we normally talk a little bit about what we've done during the week.
