are just ticking along nicely, as most of the time it does

but every so often things don't go quiet as planned you get a tenant who makes your life

difficult so today we're going to be talking about how to avoid that situation but when it inevitably happens

how to deal with it and stay sane. So it's the kind of episode that you hope that you're never

going to have to use but when it does happen hopefully there'll be something useful in there

for you.

No, we recorded two at once. Wow, see how we did that. So I went on holiday, but why was that significant well it was the first

time in five years I went on a holiday without a laptop I did zero work all week so it was

lovely it's taken five years to get to that point, lots of systems, and you can imagine

great people around me, including your good self-rob. You took care of things on yellow,

which all resulted in me having a lovely week off and feeling very

recharged and ready to go. Great stuff easy this running your own business luck

isn't it all you have to need to do is put in five years work and you get a week off

brilliant it's so easy But also as a result of you not being around last
