loads of really nice little tips in that with this one that we've picked up from

running yellowletings as well as a cracking resource of the week as well. It's going to be

extremely useful and Rob it is a very special week this week. Yes for those maths

whizzers you take one five six you divide it by three you are left with 52 and

52 significant because that's a year and that means we've done three of those

calendar years in a row of the Property Podcast so we are three years

old.

Wuhoo! Yeah we've been through the awkward teething stage have we I'm not very good with kids

that happened by the age this isn't this analogy is going to go nowhere because I don't have the knowledge.

But the gist of it is you've done the Property Podcast every week for three years.

We've not missed a week, including Christmas days, New Year's days, you name it.
