Hello everyone Robby here with Rob D and of course you're listening to the property podcast Rob says we're talking about how to DIY it this week. This is

actually going to be the first in a three-part series about Letting. We often get

asked to do more of the nitty gritty about Letting's and it's something we've developed some

experience of over the last 18 months or so. So that's what we're going to do.

This week we're talking about how to let a property yourself with lots of other

bits and pieces along the way as you'd expect

plus a very handy resource of the week to give you some ideas if you've got too much

cash and you need to go and mix with other like-minded folk who also have a predilection for yachts and so on. So that's going to be handy

for the majority of our listeners I'd have thought.

I agree Rob, yeah. It should be suiting every on this one. And now we've just got our energy back because we've had a busy week in fact we've been

working straight now for a don't know how many days and that's because at the weekend just gone we hosted not, but two property summits.

However, don't feel sorry for us because it was absolutely brilliant.

The people involved in both days,

and I'm not just saying this to be nice,

were absolutely brilliant.

So many different stories and what I love Rob.

It's not only does everyone learn from each other at these events,

but we learn too.

So many interesting things about the discussions, so many interesting concepts, different ways to approach things.

And it's interesting, both days seem to have different themes. We have running themes throughout the days, but not the same each day.

So, really interesting for us to back to back to next to each other.

Yeah definitely every summit we've done has been different because the content is completely driven by the people who turn up and like you say doing it back to back really
