It's only a number, but it's a nice number, isn't it? Well, it's a nice number isn't it?

Well it's a special number because one it's one 15 that sounds really cool but actually it means that we're very very close to exactly three years of podcasts which is awesome.

Yeah really really cool and how to create a property strategy is obviously something that we are both

super excitable about and with good reason because it's at the core of everything else that we do in property.

So today we're going to be talking about how to actually take the strategy and translate it into action.

So the whole of this year so far has had a bit of a theme. We talked

about goals first of all. Then we talked about the considerations behind

choosing a strategy. Then last week in part two we talked about some of the

strategies that you can adopt but there's still

some work to be done from there in terms of actually really locking down

exactly what it is you're going to do and then taking action on it and reviewing progress as you go.

So that is what we're going to be talking about this week.

We will and also we absolutely have to talk about this week.

We've mentioned it for a few weeks now and yes she may know what's coming.
