Yeah this is actually a really interesting one. I've got a bit of a problem with

house price stories. One of the reasons that I have problems with them

is like when you'll get things like house prices have gone up like 3% and it's just not very interesting to me because that's an average and averages can seal a lot of variation around that average.

And that's why this story is quite interesting because it shows what's happened to house prices over 20 years in every

different electoral ward of the UK.

So the headline is that house prices have rocketed 300% since 1995.

So if you compare that to the general inflation in the economy over the last 20 years,

which I looked up is 78%, That shows if you're investing in property,
