1:17.6	Yeah this is actually a really interesting one. I've got a bit of a problem with
1:22.4	house price stories. One of the reasons that I have problems with them
1:26.4	is like when you'll get things like house prices have gone up like 3% and it's just not very interesting to me because that's an average and averages can seal a lot of variation around that average.
1:38.0	And that's why this story is quite interesting because it shows what's happened to house prices over 20 years in every
1:46.4	different electoral ward of the UK.
1:50.1	So the headline is that house prices have rocketed 300% since 1995.
1:55.7	So if you compare that to the general inflation in the economy over the last 20 years,
2:01.2	which I looked up is 78%, That shows if you're investing in property,
2:05.8	you're doing pretty well over the last 20 years. Then when you start digging into the details of each area, you can see that there are only five electoral
