It's one of our very favorite topics.

Such a favorite topic, in fact,

that we couldn't condense it down into one episode

or even two.

This is the first of a three-part series all about creating your property strategy.

More about that coming up with exactly what it is,

but Rob we've not exactly got off to a slow start to the year have

we were out and about last week we were you traveled a little further than

myself I went to South Bank but going South of the Thames is quite far for me

and a few of the people at the meet up pointed that out.

So I enjoyed that. That was an amazing meetup. Joe does an absolutely brilliant job there.

The changing venue for next month, so if you're interested in going to the South Bank meet up

make sure you check out the details if you've been before take a note they are changing the

venue places are going to be limited to that venue so I know it's a popular one so you'll have to make sure you get a place quickly and

Rob you had a really good meet up by the sounds of it yeah Sheffield was fantastic it was their first one up there and they must have

had about 25 people or so which is a really impressive

start. Simon and Reese did a fantastic job up there, really great meetup, lots of

lovely lovely people. I think that's going to be a really strong one and speaking of strong there was an excellent coffee there as well.

So as in Simon's coffee shop that he owns rather than a bar which I very much appreciated.
