Hello everyone and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode one four six. I hope you've had a wonderful Christmas. You haven't put too many notches on the belt and you are ready to get back into property because we are Rob.

Oh yeah more than ready. I've never really left it because over Christmas I've been putting the finishing touches to two books, my new one and a new version of a previous one with a load of updates and recording the audio books for both of those. So I'm all propertyed out. It's like there's been no holiday at all.

Fantastic. Well, I look forward to hearing more about the future shortly.

2015 in review and what's coming up next year. So yes, it's an episode about ourselves.

So this is probably going to be one of the longest ones we've done this year.

But normal service will be received next week.

So as part of this, we're going to talk about all the cool stuff we've got coming up for the

podcast in January and beyond.

First though, we've got a news story of course. News has been a little

light this in the last couple of weeks as you would expect but there's a story

from earlier in December which we've mentioned on the podcast a couple of times before, so we should really cover its conclusion.

And this is Britain's biggest buy-to-let tycoons, Fergus and Judith Wilson, have sold. They've sold their 900 strong portfolio.

This is something that's been in the press a lot because they were kind of exemplars of the whole sort of, you you know greedy large-scale landlord phenomenon that we saw around
