hello Rob. Hello good morning or good whatever time of day it is. Yeah, this is, well, we've had some pretty heavy episodes recently. I was actually listening back to the last few episodes yesterday. So we had the shock budget announcement, we had

predictions, that's always a tough one, where to invest it. Some really serious

kind of economics-e property topics, well it's called the Property Podcast, I suppose it's not a massive

surprise, but it's coming up to Christmas so we thought that we'll take a little bit

of a break from all that and share our top resources of the year. We give you a resource every single week,

so you've had nearly 50 of them this year, but we're going to bundle up some of our

favorites, including some that we haven't mentioned before on this week's

show. So this is one that we're really excited about because we've just

looked down our list of each others and there are some that we haven't heard of so we'll

be learning something as we go as well. We will. I'm looking forward to this and

I know from speaking to people at meet-ups that this is really popular for everyone as well so I hope you get plenty

from it and we've got some stuff some serious and some fun stuff in there too so
