Hello everyone and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode one full three.

I'm Rob B with me is Rob D. Hello Rob.

Hello Rob. It's been quite a week, hasn't it? Just a little.

Yeah, so we record this on a Friday morning and I'd think we're both a little bit less

peppy than we normally are. When you're greeting each other, it was a bit like,

you're right. We're getting there now. And I'm sure we'll be fully there by time we get into this

week's topic, which is where to invest in 2016

loads of really good stuff coming up on that but yeah has been a bit of a

week do you want to start us off Rob, first of all we got some great news on the next issue of the magazine.

We have a bit of a property superstar being involved.
