Hello everyone and welcome to the Property Podcast. This is episode 139. I'm Rob B

With me virtually is Rob D. Hey Rob. How's it going? It is going really well. Thank you. So we are normally, oh I don't know how many miles away from each other,

10 or so when I'm not on the move a little bit further today because I'm in

Nottingham right now and you are in Liverpool and the occasion was the property

have meet-ups last night last week as you're listening but last night for

us so we're going to be talking about that in a sec because I'm sure

there's lots to talk about we deliberately haven't spoken to each other about it

yet so we don't know what went on at each other's meetups and our main

topic today is how to get your property let fast. We talk a lot about

the bigger picture stuff, but ultimately you need to get tenants into your property and the

quicker you can do it, the more money you're going to make. So that is our topic today. So Rob we've been

talking for about 20 minutes. I can't believe I haven't asked you yet. How was

the meetup? Also really good. So I was in Liverpool in the Abbotocke if you know
