Hello everyone and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode 130.

I am Rob B.

He is Rob D and we've got another great show for you at least we hope so.

Of course we have it's going to be a little bit of a different one actually I think

often we sit down and we plan these out and we sort of go okay well here are the five

key points that we want to get across the bits of advice that we want to give relating to this topic.

And sometimes we have debates where Rob thinks one thing, I think the other, and we'll thrash it out on there.

This isn't really one of those.

This is more of a discussion. We're just going to have a chat about this topic of should

you play to your strengths or work on your weaknesses. It's a topic that we talked

about in the past and we're having quite an interesting

conversation about it so I think, well, let's just record this conversation and hopefully

other people will find it interesting too and it will sort of spark some ideas for you.
