Good morning. Joining you this morning from a building site in the Netherlands, but luckily the

microphone seems to be cutting out most of it. If you do hear any drilling in the background,

I'm very sorry, but it's 20 times worse for me.

Anyway today really exciting day if you're listening on the day this comes out it is the

day of our very first Property Hub National Meetups and to celebrate, today's episode is about seven questions to ask other property investors.

investment that Rob and I have been making in the business with the team.
