Hello and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode 110. I'm Rob B with me as always is Rob D.

Very good. Yes, I have indeed I am in New York this week and for the next few weeks

It's my wife's favorite place in the world.

So we are here in the city that doesn't sleep and I am taking that literally by recording a

podcast in the middle of the night. So if I go quiet at any point just give me a nudge somehow.

The thing is when you said I'm in New York I can imagine because when you first arrived and you said it

the amounts of people go, that bloody Rob Dix gets to go everywhere, doesn't he? But everyone, remember, he's recorded this in the middle of night, so it's all even doubt. It's true. No, but seriously Rob, it's going to be a fantastic

experience. But it's not your first time you've stayed there for a while, is it?

No, it's not. We work here for six months a few years ago now. So it's really nice to be to be back and go back to some old haunts and

see what's changed and yeah having to do a couple of all nighters every week is a

small price to pay really. And I'm always happy to get out of bed for the
