Very well thank you Rob. Today we are talking about a topic much requested

much kind of put off by us for the last 107 episodes because it's not something that we've got direct experience of but it's come up a lot recently

So we're going to be talking about rent to rent the truth behind the hype that is our topic today. But first, I feel like we can't let the

start of a podcast go by without talking about the magazine Rob because we've been blown

away by the number of people who've subscribed already.

We have hundreds already so so much thanks to appreciation to those who've really supported

this project from the off.
