We're just gonna be in a some kind of slump of depression after episode 100 and building it up so much.

This is going to be a good and this is part three of how to become a property investor, the final part in our three part series. This is going to be getting down to

the nuts and bolts of actually getting that first investment. We've talked about the

big concepts now we're going to get down to grassroots as well as a new story and a

pretty old-school resource for the week I've got to say

but it might just help you out of a sticky spot at some point so all of that coming

up in episode 99. So yes we've talked about episode a hundred a lot but this is a big episode in itself it's the final part of how to become a property investor
