Hello and welcome to the property podcast. It is episode 87. I'm Rob B. Still with me is Rob D. Well I hope so anyway. Rob are you there? I am here Rob. How you doing today? Good I can't remember having a week this busy for a while and I'm not used to slow weeks but new starters launches of investments,

exchanges and completing,

and then everything else that normally goes on.

Plus all our yellow letting stuff and hub stuff

means that Monday to Friday has gone

BOU super quick. Hence we're recording it on a Saturday.

Do you want to tell everyone why we're 24 hours behind?

Yeah, so because I'm in the exotic seaside location of Barcelona,

we couldn't record because the noise of the crashing waves and the

singing birds was just too much. Actually there was someone drilling outside my window yesterday.

Our normal recording time. So yeah, we're recording this a day later than we normally do but what better way to

distress after a tough week than recording the property podcast indeed and this
