Hello everybody and welcome to the Property Podcast. I'm Rob B. With me is Rob D. We're here with the Big Property survey. This episode is a long time in the making.

Yep, it is. We're very excited about this. We've had a few people who say, hey, you asked

us all these questions a few months ago, what are you doing with it?

Well, the answer is we've been getting a professional to take a look at it and pull out some really

interesting conclusions and so during this episode we're going to run through all of those

as well as all the usual goodies that you come to

expect from the Property Podcast. This episode is based around this big survey that

we've done and that's Rob said we surveyed lots of you our little while back and we have put all this data

together but even better we've put an infographic with some of the most
