Hello Rob. How are you? I am very well indeed. Thank you Rob. I am joining you from Budapest this week I've just got here from Prague. I'm going to be hanging out here for a week or two.

But not for too long because we've got to get back for the Property Hub meetup, of course, which is coming up in just a couple of weeks time now.

But in this episode, episode 75, we should have really saved this for episode 101, because we're

going to be talking about property investment room 101. We're going to be having a bit of

a moan about some of the things that we don't like in property investment. But it's going to be educational as well as this money and we've got all the usuals as well.
