Hello everybody and welcome to the Property Podcast. It's episode 69. I'm Rob B with me as always is Rob D and this week we have got a must must must listen to episode for anyone

with even a remote interest in property. Hey Rob how are you?

Yeah I'm really well thank you having a great time still over here in Valencia in a really good working rhythm, getting loads

of stuff done, but still speaking to lots of interesting people over Skype.

It's all going great.

But yeah, the highlight of my week has been reading this article

that we're going to be talking about today and we've just spent half an hour

before we hit record talking about it and we could just do so many hours more.

It's going to be a great one 18 year

property cycle we've also got a resource of the week which should hopefully play

to your competitive instincts and be a nice way for you to waste 10 minutes of your day
