Good morning Rob. How are you you today I am very well thank you

Rob and we are going back to school this morning we're talking about financial

lessons you should have been taught at school maybe you've been lucky enough to

pick them up along the way, but the stuff you should have known a lot earlier in life. That's what we're running through.

We're also talking about the property market in China in our news story this week, and of course we have a resource of the week as ever.

Where are you?

I am now in Valencia just for a little while you know I

figured I've been static for a little bit too long so out here for a little bit and

so far excellent I have been mostly staying away from a state agent's windows but a couple

of peaks just been busy with various

things with the hub, with yellow, with client work in what's supposed to be the day job, keeping myself

busy, but getting out for a few tapas in a bit of sun as well, so I can't complain.
