I'm Rob Bence and with me every week is Mr Robert Dix. Morning Rob how are you?

Some sage words of advice, hopefully. A lot of my time recently has been spent recruiting for

R&P and we've had some

outstanding candidates in and a lot of podcast systems actually. So what I wanted to do is

give something back because obviously you can't hire everyone I know you'd love to

but you can't hire everyone because there's so many positions.

So what I'd like to do is give back to some of our younger listeners and you know, maybe some of the

old ones who can benefit from some interview techniques that I've learned from over the years
