| 0:39.7 | Now, those of you familiar with my weight story over the past few years, I'll kind of sum it up |
| 0:43.6 | for you really quick. I did a beer drinking challenge right around when the pandemic started, |
| 0:47.8 | and I was drinking at least one beer a day, probably a lot more, against other people, and I was |
| 0:52.5 | putting on weight. And when I got to be 190 pounds, and at that time I used to weigh about 170 pounds, |
| 0:58.3 | I realized that I was getting pretty fat, and I felt out of shape, and I needed to do something about it. |
| 1:03.7 | So I started riding the shit out of my peloton and taking Nima vitamins, |
| 1:07.7 | and that really helped me lose 40 pounds. |
| 1:09.8 | I did that in about a year. I got down to 150 pounds. |
| 1:12.6 | But my mom came into town and she was here for a month and that was so awesome. |
| 1:18.6 | But we went out to dinner almost every night that she was here. |
| 1:21.6 | I think that must have accounted for 10 pounds of the new weight that I've gained. |
| 1:25.6 | And then the holidays put on the other 8 pounds. |
| 1:32.1 | So my New Year's resolution this year is to cut out sweets during the week and do the whole sober January thing, which is really, really easy for me due to my unlimited supply of best |
