And while Casey travels around the world in search of gnarly terrain and great dirt these days, her story is one that is pretty

unbelievable and it's almost a miracle that things worked out this well for Casey. I'm not going to spoil

any of the podcast, but I will say that Casey's upbringing was harder than anyone else's that I've had on the show,

but it's the kind of hard where Casey didn't even realize her childhood was that crazy when she was in it.

And we talk about more than just her childhood on the podcast.

We might have been trying to do it the week before, but your life is absolutely crazy, I would

think, at this point.

While you might have some time this week, what does your year look like?

Being a professional mountain biker who's in demand all the time, do you have any time

to yourself or is it constantly on the road? I mean, I try and take time for myself in November.

That's kind of the month for most mountain bikers where we get to just like decompress. But yeah,

my year is pretty hectic. Like I started out the year going to Hawaii for filming Return to Earth for three weeks.

And then after that, I was home for two weeks.

And then I had to go to Argentina for two and a half weeks in February.
