I'm here with Isra, who's going to do a little introduction on herself and what she's going to talk to you guys about today. Hi. I'm so excited to be here and have this conversation. I'm Isra. I'm a therapist, a founder of Well Guide on Instagram, and I have been a therapist

And in that journey, I became interested in, like, digital education for mental health.

And that's part of what I do by creating educational content on digital platforms like

And then that eventually led me into writing a book. And that's

why I'm here to chat with you. Yeah. And I want to talk a little bit about how you got into the

space, your upbringing. What was your childhood like? And then when you were kind of like growing up

in school, what were those years like? Was this a path you always wanted to go in? I mean, I moved a few significant times in life. I grew up in Saudi Arabia and then I moved to Toronto when I was 13.

And then I moved to New York to do my master's back to Toronto and then back to New York.

So there's been a lot of movement. But up until I was doing my undergrad,

I was actually pursuing environmental studies. I was very interested in conservation sciences.

And about halfway, maybe like second year, I became really interested in psychology. So we had to

take a course called Environmental Psych, and that was about human behavior

for conservation efforts for the environment. But the more I went into studying psychology, I was like,
