Well, listen, it's wonderful to be here with you today.

I believe the Spirit of God is going to move.

I'm starting a new series today, and I believe it's going to bless you.

I believe it's going to make some things clear for you.

It's going to make some things plain, and it's going to align you in the things of God.

I want us to go really quickly to Psalm chapter 1.

This is my very first, this is my probably my most favorite Psalm in the entire Bible.

It might even be my most favorite passage of Scripture.

But I would probably say it about thousand other places as well.

But Psalm 1 verse 1 through 3, you've heard it before.

And there's so much truth in it, and we're going to unpack it today.

And it reads, blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the young Godly,

nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law he meditates day and night.

And he shall be like a tree, planet by the rivers of water,

that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither,

and whatever he does shall prosper.

And then I'm going to read the first part of Proverbs 24 and 16 as well.

It says, for a righteous man may fall seven times and rises again.

He may fall seven times and rise again.
