Hey Abby, yeah, I'm really sorry it's so late.

Yeah, what a crazy day starting.

A bike race at quarter past four, yeah, it was quite a challenge,

getting massage and dinners and everything done but now finally

time to turn off the light and go to sleep.

Yeah it was a pretty brutal day.

My team once again did an incredible job looking after me, positioning me going into the cul-de-aspan.

Yeah, I'd say Moby Star did something really crazy with their pacing on the cold west barn. I think at the end of the day it was to the detriment of Anameek as well.

So yeah, they were a little bit too ambitious, I would say.

However, I'm really happy with the way that I managed to keep my composure, pace myself together with Juliet Lebeau.

So even though we didn't follow in the Aspan,

everything stayed within reach, going into the Tomelay. There are some really crazy tactics up the road obviously an incredible ride from Kaseh.

Massive kudos for that.

That was really something quite spectacular.

And when I heard over the radio that Kaseo was up the road and Anami and Demi were playing games,

yeah, it was, I couldn't actually believe it to be honest I was like what am I

hearing correctly. Anyways yeah it all came back together with Anameek and Demi before the Tomalee.

Marlin did a crazy pace on the beginning part of the Tomalee.

However, she felt a little bit short, which was

literally within reach but Marlon stopped and I think yeah that influenced things quite heavily

of course now in hindsight I think to myself
